If you wish to return a product to the Absolute Shop, it must be done within 14 days of obtaining the product/s you ordered. In order to start the return process, you must fill in the returns form which is located on the Returns Policy page of our website.

 

If you download this form and email us at returns@theabsoluteshop.co.uk. Customers who are returning an item must send the product back in their original packaging / boxes, undamaged and including all accessories and documentation supplied with the device.

 

If you have purchased a reusable item these items are non-refundable. If a product is non-refundable this will be stated on the product’s page on the website in a clear format.
